We're going to rest some guys. No, no, we're locked into that number two seed. So we're

going to rest some guys. There are going to be some guys that are resting. There are going to be some guys that are in reserve roles. You can't rest. You can't obviously rest everybody with the schedule. Pardon me, with the roster. And so, yeah, that's our plan moving in here forward.

Yeah, he'll probably be somebody that rests.

Nick Siriani, unveiling the plan for Sunday against the New York Giants with Sequin Bar Barclay, just 101 yards away from breaking Eric Dickerson's single season rushing record, Sequin Barclay will not be playing.

AKA the great and powerful Dom has spoken.

Because it was Siriani who said earlier this week he's going to talk to everybody in the organization.

I can only envision that Big Dom told Nick what to do because I get the feeling Big Dom tells Nick what to do a lot of the time.

And I'm kind of kidding, but I'm kind of not.

Regardless, somebody got through to Nick Siriani and Nick Seriani put Barclay down.

I get it.

I understand it. I understand it.

I was advocating that the Lions not put guys at risk on Monday night when they have a game on Sunday.

So I get it.

I can support it.

I can get behind it.

It's just unfortunate for those of us who like to witness history to not be able to witness

Saquan Barclay breaking a 40-year-old record. No, I'm with you there. And of course, he's a player

that you'd love to see break it. You're root for him. Some of the things he's gone through in his

career. The story this year is incredible. We'd all love to see it happen, certainly, but at the same time, yeah,

the number one goal is the Super Bowl. That's the bottom line, and it's there to be had.

As you heard me say, I think they're the most complete team in the NFC. I think they're the most

complete team in the NFL. You don't want to mess that whole thing up, just chasing a record.
