Summary

Lydia takes the train to the Ahway Island animal sanctuary. It’s time for a sanctuary safari!

Narrator: Male

Story Begins: 3:44

Sanctuary Safari Excerpt:

It was a big day. Lydia had never been on a train before. They were going to take the train to visit the Ahway Island Animal Sanctuary. Lydia had never been to the Sanctuary before, either.  She loved animals and was eager to visit.

However, she was a little worried about the train ride. What if the train was really loud?  What if it was crowded and there weren’t any seats left? What if they missed their stop? There were so many possibilities.

Today’s Meditation: Enjoy the feeling of your body relaxing into the warm sand on a sunny beach.

Creating the original bedtime stories and art for Be Calm on Ahway Island takes a lot of time and care.
