Marianne, and we have some interesting, exciting news for you, I think. Do you think it's exciting?

I think it's exciting. For me, it's a little terrifying, but, you know, I'm not that good with change.

So, yeah, well, that's why we've been doing the podcast almost the exact same way for 15 years

with a couple little changes here and there. But we have been studying podcast stats and talking

to many of you, our listeners. And it seems that our very long episodes are maybe better

suited to be broken up into shorter episodes, but exactly the same content. So why don't you

talk about how we're going to maybe address that? Well, we're going to divide the podcast

up into three parts, and we don't have the

schedule exactly, but, you know, during the week, maybe on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, or

Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, we will issue, first is going to be rising anxieties, which I hope you

all listen to, and that'll be a separate segment that I'll just do on my own. And then second will be the Hen Report, a few news items, little chit-chat.

And third will be the interview.

Now, if you are one of those people who, like me, doesn't like change, and you just like to listen

to the whole episode on Saturday morning or whatever, and I know there are some people

like that, you can still do that.

You just, it'll just be in three pieces, but it'll still be the full episode. Same content.

Same as that content. Dividing it up. There are so many stats that say that this results in a much

higher listen rate, and we want you guys to listen to our whole episode because.

Well, even I find it a little long to tell you the truth.
