And, of course, the inference behind that is men aren't angels, that men actually are very far from angels.

And so they need to be governed for that very reason.

interested in politics than they are in science. So when God says he loves us, he's not saying

that he has warm fuzzies for us. He's saying that he has taken action for us to save us in Jesus.

Love is not what God feels, it's what God does.
