San Francisco, the mayor for some reason, signed a bill reparations for black residents.

It's a city-run fund that accepts private donations.

Also, may use public money.

And you can get a payout up to $5 million if you qualify.

You could get debt forgiveness.

You get 250 years of tax abatements and income subsidies.

This is even though there are no slaves currently alive in the state of California

and there are no slave owners alive in the state of California, and slavery was never legal here.

Richard Greenberg, the activist, writer and commentator, and another resident, Arthur

Richie, are suing the city over the plan.
