Happy Wiki Wednesday, Mr. Nicholas Winkler.

For those of you don't know, Nick Winkler, my former radio colleague, he is known as the

voice of the fan here on Locked on 49ers and a guy I've been doing podcasts with, even since before I started doing Locked-on 49ers. And that was darn near 10 years ago, guys. We're over nine years now of me doing Locked-on 49ers daily. And when I say daily, it's not just during the season. It's in the off season as well. So wink, welcome to the show.

We're talking off season today. I know it's Combine Week as well. So you get to combine week is really strange. It's kind of frustrating because it's like, okay, cool, combine week. And then you wait and you wait. You don't even see people, you didn't get measurements for the first guy until Thursday. So really it all happens in the following weekend,

but you get a lot of interviews and you get a lot of coaches and GMs going to the podium. And so you'll get some insight on the 49ers and some other teams around the league. Wink, is there anything that you've heard that's interesting so far to start off this combine week at the podiums? yeah i mean if you haven't had a chance to hear what Jeff Hathley had to say,

he's the new Dolphins head coach, they kind of asked him about his time with the 49ers,

and he said the struggle, not even a struggle, the power dynamic in San Francisco is phenomenal.

And that's what he wants to bring to Miami, the way that

John and Kyle would kind of bounce stuff off of each other. And they weren't afraid to tell the

other one they're wrong and that they would challenge each other and this and that. And he's like,

we, we want that philosophy here in Miami. It works. It's why they've been so successful. And hopefully we can bring that here. And you hear that and you're like, yeah, I mean, remember how bad the 49ers were before Kyle and John got there? They were terrible. And they started off pretty bad as well. I think they were like 0 and 8 or 0 and 9 to start. And then they just, they turn things around. And as a 49er fan,
