and with the people in their needs.

But how about his boys?

Verse 12, the sons of Eli were worthless men. They did not know the Lord. They were reprobates. May I say it? They were losers. Spiritual losers.

Rather than taking what the Lord provided, they wanted the choices, pieces of meat, and they demanded that.

Verse 22, Eli was very old, and he heard all that his sons were doing to all Israel and how they

lay with the women who served at the doorway of the tent of meeting. Now, that says it straight out,

doesn't it? Along with their impudence in the things of meeting. Now that says it's straight out, doesn't it?
