1:13.6	The Wilmington St. James Episcopal is the oldest church in the historic North Carolina

1:41.3	Located a mere three blocks from the Cape Fear River in the Wilmington Historic District,
1:46.0	the Neo-Gothic structure was built in 1839 to replace an older, outdated church from 1770.
1:55.0	In 1781, that original church was occupied by General Cornwallis and his troops during the Revolutionary War,
2:03.8	and that history seemed to repeat itself in this new church when the U.S. Army converted it into a hospital near the end of the Civil War.
2:13.8	Over the years, improvements have been made to this absolutely stunning building, which is now a national historic landmark.
2:22.5	But in many ways, the storied life of the church itself pales in comparison to the history of the graveyard attached to it,
