Good to be with you. We're hitting in the middle of, well, we did last week, just the very beginning of

1st Samuel. So now we're going to hit the meat of 1st Samuel. And really, we're covering a lot of

material this week. Oh, yeah. And some of it is not covered in what they have us read. I mean,

we just can't ask everyone to read everything as fast as we're

going. People wouldn't be able to get it all read. But in this podcast, sometimes we'll touch on

some of the things that aren't in the assigned reading, as it were, just to try and help people

connect all of the things that are going on in the scriptures so that the reading that is assigned

will make more sense.

And I think in this podcast, we'll do a little bit of that.

We'll cover one of the chapters that is not in the assigned reading, meaning for Samuel

chapter 7.

So I know you have some experiences and some stories with that chapter. I'm going to,

for our viewing audience, I'm just going to share a screen so we can put that, that scripture
