Later this week I'm doing something with a very close friend

where I'll be climbing a four-tinner in Colorado,

raising money for different charities in honor of his daughter who

tragically passed away just a few years ago. It's another example of one of those

things that I'll be doing that I'm not at all prepared for and I feel completely

lazy having not acclimatized though I'm doing that right now though not literally right now

but when you're watching this I'll be around 5 or 6,000 feet

Gasping for air going on a few runs I don't know when the adrenaline rush is going to stop for me. I don't know when I'll finally catch what it is that I am trying to achieve.

I just know that when people ask me to do things or I find out that there's something going on,

I think it goes back to childhood.

When I had former, I was the guy sitting at the top of the stairs or around the corner, eavesdropping on my parents when they had people over when they were

fighting whatever it is they were doing thinking that I understood what was going on never

wanting to go to bed maybe that's why I don't sleep, Koca,

because I'm the one in college, last one to bed,
