Word of the day is Boston Strong.

It is a Samson sit down with someone who I can't believe I have the honor of not just

knowing but having traveled the world, run the Boston marathon with basically been in his

life as a hangar honor, I would say, for over a decade now.

Ladies and gentlemen, I am so proud to welcome Dave McGilvery to our show, the race director

for the Boston marathon.

But so much more than that, you are going to learn so much about ultra-marathons, about

what it is to be in the endurance world during the time of pandemic, what it is to be a children's

book author, what it is to run across the country, to run around the world, and of course,

to do an Iron Man and to be the most charitable, greatest person, dad, just everything.
