Both control of both the House and Senator promising an ambitious agenda aimed at immediately

reversing President Obama's legislative legacy, including repealing Obamacare.

But Democrats are gearing up for a major battle over some

President-elect Trump's cabinet picks. This comes as President Obama himself is preparing to

defend and try to protect his legacy. CNN's Danabash and Michelle Kaczynski have both sides
