What does a good confession sound like?

Here is an example of the type of confession you want to achieve.

Yes, Detective Harris, I did that bad thing.

You've made me see the error of my ways. I thought I could lie to you,

but I can't. You're just too smart in your detective ways. Even your shadowing skills are amazing.

I will put all my bad deeds in writing and sign it in front of witnesses.

And then I'll restate my bad deeds to a judge and serve my time.

I'm ready to take responsibility and become a better person.

Now that there is a good confession.
