Oh, fantastic, man. That's quite an intro, man. I feel very honored right now. Dude, where are you calling from today? We're sitting in Los Angeles. I know you come from Huntington Beach out here, but where are you out right now? Yeah, actually, we just shipped it over. It's at school time, so we're back out here in our East Coast base in Tampa. And, yeah, we try to stay in Cali half the year and out here in Florida half the year. But, yeah, we're back out here in Florida. Dude, I've been watching a ton of your matches starting last night. And, of course, you know, I follow you on Twitter and vice versa. and you can follow Joe at Twitter too Samoa Joe, and put over your work several times.

And, dude, when I was talking to you a couple of times before we started talking about doing this show, I said, man, who trained you?

And you mentioned the cat named Cincinnati Red.

I had not heard of Cincinnati Red.

Now, is he from Cincinnati or is he from Cleveland?

Tell me about this cat.

No, he's from the San Fernando Valley out in California.

Of course.

No, he's one of those journeymen pro wresters that, you know, made his own out there on the scene that did a lot of work down at Mexico and then back and forth.

And because of that, you know, he had a lot of lucha training, he had a lot of different training.

So, I mean, he was largely responsible for, like, a lot of the agility and a lot of the drills and, you know, a lot of the technique that are used now just because, you know, when I started out in California, there wasn't a lot of wrestling going around in California.

And if you wanted to work, especially when I started, you know, when I started out in California, there wasn't a lot of wrestling going around in California, and if you wanted to work,

especially when I started, you know, you had to head down with the border and then go catch some loochie work and, you know, it kind of sprayed by with whatever you could. So, I mean, you know, that experience definitely helped out of that up, but yeah, he's a great cat. You worked in USWA for half a minute, and, you know, he made out of gaining the accolades,

but he was a hell of a trainer and uh broke me in the right way and uh took me on the road with

them and uh i mean it was just uh it was great experience great dude what year did you break in
