It's a thing where it's a style of cooking where you submerge your food in a plastic bag into water that

then heats up to the temperature that you want your food to be done

and genius. So that it can't overcook and it can't undercooked. So you put some chicken thighs

in a bag with some herbs, salt and pepper some oil you let it go for 45 minutes it gets right up to like 160 degrees which is right where you want it

you get a little sear on it you put some sauce sauce on, boom, you're good to go.

Just keeps it there for you. So if you're having guests over, you're in the middle of

cocktails and stuff, it keeps the food from getting cold. Exactly. You put the chicken in the

oven at at you know

425 or whatever you let it go two minutes too long it's overdone you let it go two

minutes too little it's under done. This it gets exactly the doneness level
