U.S. prosecutors have charged Sam Bankman freed with eight counts including wire fraud, money

laundering, conspiracy, and campaign finance violations.

So these charges come on top of what the Securities and Exchange Commission have already

filed.

And he was denied bail by a Bahamut judge, as prosecutors say he had $300 million in

a Brazilian firm before the collapse of his FTX crypto company.

So he was indicted yesterday, and I want to play you a little audio, so he did not have

to testify in front of Congress.

I think the guy that has kind of taken over, the same guy who took over during Inron was

in front of Congress yesterday.

And my favorite part of his testimony was apparently the FTX guy was using QuickBooks to keep

track of the donations.

And the guy, I felt bad for him because he's going, he goes, I'm not in any way trying

to diminish QuickBooks, but he's like, if you're a multi-billion dollar industry, probably

needs a little better accounting firm than QuickBooks.

A little upgrade, huh?

So the indictment came down yesterday and I want to play you a little audio from the prosecutor

because it's about a three minute clip.

And the first minute and a half is fine.

He goes through the here are the charges, here's what he's being accused of, et cetera,
