he never owned any equity, might actually have owned some equity in opening eye.

In addition to that, a whole much of drama in converting them from a

nonprofit to a for-profit, some lawsuits recently launched against them, and some letters that

meta has sent to the government over in California, kind of trying to get in the way of this

move by Open AI. There's a lot of drama, a lot of interesting things to unpack here.
