To have a good relationship and all your players as a manager is hard, yeah?

Yeah.

I think he's going to have that. I think he has that.

He listened to the player.

He liked that, you know, and he's going to explain to the player when he made some decisions,

when he made some move and all that.

I think that's why he's going to be one of the

best managers. How about that? Salvatore Perez saying that Pedro Grifold is going to be

one of the best managers in the game.
