Let's talk about Salty Girl. The restaurants are a celebration of seafood with a special emphasis on tinned fish. I ate at the Salty Girl location in Los Angeles last January. And it really was one of my favorite restaurant meals of the year. Thank you so much. The first Salty Girl opened in Boston in 2016. How did the idea for salty girl come about?
