So we have four levels there, and it truly has been a labor of love for me.

I've been in the building for about 25 years.

How much growth have you had since you and I first connected?

It was about that percentage, 70 percent. The Daily Huddle has been great for us. We used to call it

powwow. And I will tell you, it's been the hardest thing to implement because I am in my

industry my industries I worked in other industries but it's very challenging because you have

creative people we've always operated with flexible scheduling so to get everybody in at the same time

I have single moms to get everybody to join a huddle every morning at the same time was a very

big challenge for me. But this year in 2026, we were inconsistent. I made it a priority. And I thank

God for Sean, because sometimes I don't want that call. We used to meet at 7 a.m. But I'm so glad he just really, sometimes I'm like,

oh my gosh, she's pounding me today. But I need it because I would have not gotten through

to the point I am. So we have a 14 minute huddle. We try to keep it into 14 minutes. It's very

specific. We start with a pause to get

everybody in the present moment. We are a holistic business. So we start with something holistic
