0:40.0 | because I go to Alonon meetings. I am not an Alonon simply because my life has been touched by the disease of alcoholism. |

0:50.0 | I'm a firm believer that that's what makes you an Al-Anon are meeting. I would like to thank Jane and Doug and everyone who's involved in this conference for asking me to come and share. |

1:21.0 | It's kind of hard to believe that sometimes that we do get to come to places like this because considering where Keith and I came from and what the disease of alcoholism, I can't say did to us, but did for us. |

1:42.0 | I had one of these experiences happen to me and I was asked to go to a conference |
1:49.4 | in Arizona and share and it was the format was like this there was an AA speaker and an |
1:54.9 | Al-Anon speaker and I was fortunate to be asked to go and chair Al-Anon. |
1:58.3 | An AA speaker was Jill Al-Litt from Tyler, Texas, and we had met Mary and Joe before that. |

2:08.7 | And so I did so often what we do when we're asked to go somewhere. I got all ready to go for it took me about two weeks and we went over to the hotel |
