The former CEO of Southwest Airlines says he was enthralled by Andrew's speeches.

Andrew Singer is now a VP at Constellation Energy.

It's part of a Fortune 100 company.

And he's lighting up, no pun intended on the energy, the business circuit.

Yaakov, you were here when we sat down with Andrew.

What did you think?

I thought I want to go open a company and become a salesman after.

Not kidding.

I mean, I don't know if I really will go do that, but he had such good energy, very insightful

and very easy to listen to.

How about you?

Yeah.

If we have to number how many lessons were in this episode, I would say it's probably between

40 and 80 different tips, lessons.

He focused on two things.

One is sales. And even if you're not in a sales department, how you sell yourself, the nuances with words that you use. He's been around the world bunch, very insightful. And then he also,

his bread and butter is interviews how do you interview

someone what are the questions that you ask to find out who they are and what they're all about

and when you're being interviewed what should you keep in mind what not to say he pulled

yakovin um off the cuff oh my gosh yeah vag Yeah. I vaguely, yeah, maybe skip that part.

But you wrote down, you're like writing down lessons without interviewing people.
