forever. And this doesn't begin with the online space. The last 20, 25 years, people think that

of a funnel, if you were born in the 80s, 90s, or 2000s, you think that a funnel is literally

email marketing or a webinar or landing pages.

That's just a digital version of what's been happening for decades in the sales process, right?

And the idea being that you have this wide top of a funnel shape where potential prospects en masse are coming into, and it could be through

an advertising mechanism and an ad in a newspaper or on TV or on a billboard or through going

door to door or people who come to your dealership, you know, like the wide net of potential prospects,

and then you take them through a process of narrowing down from wide to the bottom of the funnel

where you actually can convert them into a customer.

And there's generally a process, and everyone's process is different.
