Welcome to our daily Rosary meditation. Let's begin in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.

Amen. Let's call to mind all those we've promised to pray for.

Plenty of people think it doesn't matter whether we're holy, whether we're saintly.

It doesn't matter if we have a prayer life or go to church or follow the church's moral teaching.

According to these folks, God doesn't really care about any of that stuff.

According to them, all that matters to God is whether you're a good person.

And pretty much everybody we run across seems to be basically a good person.

So why all the fuss?

Why make such a big deal about becoming a saint when it's so easy to just be a good person?

Our Father who art in heaven, hallow it would be your name, thy kingdom come thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

Give us to stay our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us and lead us not into temptation but deliver

us from evil, Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee, blessed art thou among women, blessed Blessed is a fruit of thy womb Jesus.

Holy Mary, mother of God,

brave for a sinners now and at the hour of our death,
