The deadline is actually 15 minutes from now at 4 o'clock Eastern. So we'll see if there's any other

last second cuts, notable veterans who have been waived by their teams this

preseason. But NFL cut down day, obviously a tough day for those guys. Like a lot of dreams

are ending, which in all seriousness, like that's a bummer for a lot of those guys. But also

dreams are being made as some of these undrafted for agents make the team in surprising fashion.

So always a tricky day in the national football

league, but a day that's necessary for the sport. So we will see what comes up the next

about 15 minutes here in the national football league. But we had to get to for the hour ended.

The news out of New Orleans, as the Saints have made their decision on their week one starting quarterback.

It will be Spencer Rattler.

Kellen Moore just met with the media a little less than an hour ago in New Orleans and saying Spencer Rattler is our quarterback.

He beats out Tyler Shuck, their second round draft pick from the spring's NFL

draft. Kellen Moore did a lot to praise the work that Tyler Shuck did, but he was also very, very

clear. This is not a short leash for Spencer Rattler. Spencer is our quarterback going forward.

Now, coaches always go back on their word. So like, that doesn't mean that Rattler's in stone for the next 17 games, but he is giving the full endorsement to Spencer Rattler as New Orleans saying to get set to host the Arizona Cardinals next Sunday. Right now, that betting market has the Cardinals as a six and a half point favorite. This thing continues to go up and up and up. Bet MGM still has six. If you like Arizona, you better bet it at Bet MGM. Because these other sports books, I'm seeing six and a half. Total 42 and a half as a New Orleans is expected to probably be the worst team in the league, either them or Cleveland. And it's going to be Spencer Rattler at the helm, at least early on in this season. PJ does make this make you want to do anything week one, season long, props,
