While there are no surviving records from St. Philomena's lifetime, we know through private

revelations that her story has inspired many to convert to Christianity, so much so that she's

often called Wonder Worker, Powerful with God, and Princess of Paradise.

That's right, Princess!

Philemina was a brave and determined young girl from a royal family in Greece.

She was devoted to God and chose to serve and honor the Lord, no matter the consequences. One of the most unique aspects about St. Philomena is that she remained largely unknown.

In fact, no one in our modern society ever even knew she existed until just over 200 years ago.
