0:28.0	I'm always under the impression you give two weeks notice.
0:33.0	Is there something more dramatic you need to know?

0:45.0	But my problem is my job is so specialized. It's proving that being a mother isn't and being mother isn't.
0:55.0	You women who think like this have no problem getting somebody to take care of your kid.
1:02.0	But you have a problem with getting somebody to take care of the job you're leaving. Don't you think that's a little backwards?
1:13.0	Yes. You can be replaced. You're right.
1:21.0	But you can't be replaced in the heart of a child. Not in the heart.
1:28.0	I don't understand that thinking. You're more concerned with the business than the baby coming out of your body who's totally dependent on your nurturance and love and attention and affection, inspiration, touch, hugs, kisses.
1:48.0	Somehow you see that as minor compared to what's required at work.
1:55.0	That's sad. That's so sad.
2:00.0	Yeah, I don't know what's wrong with me that I.
2:03.0	It's like I can let them down, but I don't want to let a boss down.

2:11.0	You're right. It is backwards.
2:13.0	You're right. It's backwards.
2:17.0	All right. So two weeks and be done.

2:24.0	And is it okay to do that in an email or does it have to be face to face in your case?
