But my problem is my job is so specialized. It's proving that being a mother isn't and being mother isn't.

I don't understand that thinking. You're more concerned with the business than the baby coming out of your body who's totally dependent on your nurturance and love and attention and affection, inspiration, touch, hugs, kisses.
