Here in America, up north around New York City and Boston, they are known for pizza

Down south, like Alabama, Mississippi, Florida, Georgia,

they are known for fried chicken, collard greens, down in Louisiana, down in the bayou.

They are known for Cajun food, Texas.

Texans are known for tacos, burritos.

Breakfast tacos are a thing that I realized once I started dating someone from Texas.

And then in California, they're known for like fish tacos and Tex-Mex. So on and so forth. So let's use the food analogy, right? In Midwest, they're known for what?

Now let's say there is someone born and raised in Texas.

And I'm talking like West Texas, Central Texas.

But deep down, they have a vision. They have a dream. They've seen it on movies and in the TV shows of lobster rolls and progis and strombolis.
