It's been a pretty special time here in Sagina. a fun few days and couldn't have scripted it any better.

I would imagine, I was going to say, like, I imagine, like, the celebrations must have just been, must have just been outstanding.

Like, it's always great when must have just been outstanding. Like,

yeah, it's always great when the host team does well. Like, even just, like, I've always said this about this format, you really hope at every edition of the Moro Cup that the host team gets,

at least gets into the final because the place is electric and your building was the same. Like,

the minute your team stepped on the ice on Sunday, like I wasn't there, but I would

imagine like the minute the game starts, so the guys get on the ice, there must have been

like a buzz or an electricity that was palpable for the players, for the coaches, and

probably the general manager as well, true or false?

No, very true. It's pretty hard to describe, to be honest, I think ever since we won the semifinal game on the Friday night, the buildup going into Sunday kept getting bigger and bigger. And the event park before the game, the food truck alley was just packed with people, and I was walking around before the game and you could feel the energy kind of build up. And when warm-up hit, the place started filling up and getting packed. And it's the loudest I've ever heard of junior building. It was electric. You couldn't hear yourself think on the ice after the championship. It was just such a special moment for everybody. The community showed well and really came to support the event.

And it was great that we could end up being the winners for them.
