Let's go through our confession and prayerfully, we're going to see this on the screen,

Heavenly Father, teach me to examine myself,

ever acknowledging those areas wherein I am not in alignment with your will. In areas of my life where I have been blinded to the fullness of truth, open my eyes to see,

soften my heart and the grace to give up all that dishonors you.

Remind me that I am your offspring and use me to always be a reflection of your character as I

rearrange my entire life to live a life truly defined by you and devoted to you and

you alone give me is it up there wait wait, wait. All right, let's do it together.

Give me insight and a desire for the eternal.

Remind me that I am an eternal being.

And nothing that is temporal will ever truly satisfy. Whatever the sacrifice and discomfort,

As I looked over what we covered last week, I had some concerns considering the climate, the atmosphere,

the environment, as we're in this season of celebrating the birth of the Christ.

And I wondered why so many people are anxious, so many people are discouraged, there's so much depression, so much despair.

I wondered why we're just in a place where we lack contentment and appreciation.
