It is good to be here very excited episode.

You know, I've been doing this rant show for a while.

I decided I just wanted I like ranting so I decided to do a rant show for a little while.

I also like having some people in where I can just like one-on-one talk.

I decided like every like four show I bring somebody in.

I decided it was time to have her back in the saddle because we were so intertwined for so long.

Then like over like the last two years we've kind of just did our own thing when our own way.

I just wanted to catch up and see how she's doing.

And because I know she's doing some great stuff.

It's been a long time since we podcast and you know I've once a while you'll pop up on my Twitter.

You'll say something to me or I'll say something you want on Twitter and it just made me think about the old times how we didn't talk and how like probably it just got weird.
