Today, the first department appellate division of New York has denied Donald Trump's attempt to stay

his business fraud civil case brought by the New York Attorney General. That has been denied,

and the trial will commence Monday. Special counsel Jack Smith has filed his opposition to Trump's

motion to delay the obstruction and espionage case in Florida. The state of Alabama seeks to

execute an inmate with an untested nitrogen hypoxia. Elon Musk has fired half of the Twitter election

integrity team. Alarmed Republicans are preparing to draft Glenn Youngkin and the first hearing

DC by now. No, no, by travel in the morning, headed out Friday. I was doing that time change

thing like with their with their travel thing. Come on. Oh, but yeah, by the time listeners hear

this, I will hopefully be in safely in DC. And I am there with vote vets to lobby against the

government shutdown, the extreme MAGA government shutdown. They seriously want to just stop paying

active duty service members and take assistance away from seven million women, children and infants.
