The conversation continues today, ladies and gentlemen, about the style and the substance of the escape from lockdown.

Health Secretary Matt Hancock is talking about safe workplaces being provided for staff.

Plans for staggered transport systems to avoid rush hour are on the menu as well and shift patterns

changing around the country are being discussed at companies all over the UK. Meanwhile, the

trialing of a new contact tracing app begins today on the Isle of White, which the government hopes

will be the key to unlocking large portions of the economy. They expect to roll it out nationally

over the next few weeks. Added to that, more and more tests for both antibodies and coronavirus itself are being developed.

And as the numbers of new cases drop down to their lowest level since March,

it really does seem as though we may finally be getting on top of this ghastly virus.
