And today I have help from a magical guest who goes by one name.

Her name is Lon.

Lon wrote a book called Modern Merlin.

Uncover your magical powers and she is so passionate about what she does and talking to her, you can really feel that her energy is palpable.

You can feel that she's excited to talk about her ideas about magic and what she understands

and has learned in her life about magic and share it with other people.

Even people like me who constantly ask,

why?

Why, Lon?

Why?

She doesn't take offense to it.

She's happy to explain herself.

And I find that so refreshing.

One piece of this interview that I will forever take with me going forward is when we were

talking about sitting in traffic and the way that your body locks up and how you're

holding so much tension, she talks about how holding your breath and bawling up your hands

and clenching your butt cheeks, it blocks your energetic flow.

And I know that might sound very obvious. And I know you might be listening to this going, well,

yeah, obviously, but I've actually never considered that. I've never really contemplated that.

I think maybe we understand that instinctually.
