DOJ, the federal government are coming into police departments doing weird investigations that are based on bad science,

and then getting the police departments to sign over the cities to sign off on some sort of

consent to allow the federal government to come in and do their policing.

Seriously?

And I'm going, really?

It's happening in more cities than you may know.
