We're going to do something fun tonight, Bethany and I teaching.

I know that's fun, but even more than that,

we're going to have a few guests come and share

about their experience around this.

So to begin, let me ask you a question.

Think back to earlier today, this morning,

and what got you out of bed?

That wasn't supposed to be funny, but everything's

like a giggling.

I think some of them are like, you mean in the afternoon

when I woke up?

Right.

So just to like clarify, we woke up in the afternoon.

In the morning.

That's it.

OK, so most days, most of us get out of bed

because we want something or a few things, right?

If you're a parent of a small child,

you can hear your child screaming, calling your name,

and you get up because you want the child to be quiet.

Or like me this morning, and maybe you can identify this one,

you woke up because you wanted coffee.
