Oh my goodness.

One of the times where I can think about when I didn't feel like I could be my full self or that I was like hiding behind a mask.

I want to say sometimes when I'm doing activities at our kids school. It's all about

knowing about how to I want to say finesse the situation but how to, I don't want to say finesse the situation, but how to keep the situation in our favor.

And that's sometimes the struggle with private schools is feeling like there's always an upper hand that the

She was like, what do you want to get out of therapy? I said I want my friends to actually

understand me and know me because as I spoke at this conference I am not as very vulnerable with them and while I am

authentic I do feel like there's a part of me that I kind of cover and I mask and I

feel like she has helped me a lot with taking that down, taking down that mask and being able to like really in my own angel way be more vulnerable with them.
