video about how even though I'm an extrovert when it comes to like networking

events I get really awkward it's very difficult for me and I

almost need another person to help guide me into conversations and trying to do a

lot of networking events does drain the mess out of me.

But being able to talk to my therapist and coming up with strategies in order for me

to be able to be the social butterfly that I like to be in all situations,

as well as knowing what I need to reset and being more comfortable

situations for myself is something that I find very valuable not only in my

career because it is very valuable in my career but also in my social life.
