1:21.0	So we went right back to October 2nd 2002 so it was just for context just over a year after 9-11 happened and the environment within the USA of course at the time was that of a heightened security state and we have from October 2nd right up until October the 11th when we left off part one what is essentially a nine day
1:44.4	killing spree by a maniac with a rifle a high-powered rifle a guy who is taking
1:50.9	out members of the public that don't conform to any particular profile, they
1:56.1	are young, old, even a child has been shot, and he's taking out members of the public as they
2:01.7	drop their kids off at school as they fill up for gas at a gas station
2:06.5	and the police are desperately trying to get on his tail but are really
2:13.3	struggling to get a step ahead because this isn't your average serial killer.
2:15.1	This is a spree killer.
2:16.4	There is no victim profile from which they can build a character around
2:21.6	the perpetrator.
2:22.6	So really difficult to ask for the police
