killing spree by a maniac with a rifle a high-powered rifle a guy who is taking

out members of the public that don't conform to any particular profile, they

are young, old, even a child has been shot, and he's taking out members of the public as they

drop their kids off at school as they fill up for gas at a gas station

and the police are desperately trying to get on his tail but are really

struggling to get a step ahead because this isn't your average serial killer.

This is a spree killer.

There is no victim profile from which they can build a character around

the perpetrator.

So really difficult to ask for the police
