Jen got into this line of work when a family member who had been diagnosed with prostate cancer needed to lose 30# in order to get his surgery. Together they worked on what he ate, and not only did he lose the weight he needed to, but he also didn’t need to take his blood pressure or cholesterol meds anymore.. And even better his prostate number DECLINED when it should have increased.

Food is medicine, plain and simple, and this podcast has tons of tips and tricks on how you can feel your best by making some easy nutrition switches.
