Good evening listeners, and welcome to season 9 of Horror Hill. I'm your host, Eric Peabody,

and I'd like to open tonight's episode by thanking everyone that listened to our coverage

of the events at Porth Farm by Ted Klein. It's an all-time favorite of mine, and getting

to share it with you has warmed my cold rotten heart. If you haven't listened to it yet,

check out episodes 23 and 24 of season 8. Rolling straight through into season 9, I thought

that we'd modernize things a bit while still staying in the fiction about fiction realm.

Instead of an English professor reading Gothic Tales in the early 1970s, tonight's story

is about a teen aged girl who writes online reviews for good reads. For those of you who

aren't familiar with it, good reads is a site that lets users catalog their book libraries,

write reviews, etc. Our heroine, Karen, is one of the most prolific reviewers on the site,

focusing on a subgenre called Monster Eradica. After winning a free copy of a short story
