Summary

We finally know when Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis will announce her charging decisions in her investigation of possible criminal meddling with the 2020 election. Even though Willis said in January those decisions were “imminent,” it hasn’t turned out that way. In letters to local law enforcement, Willis said there will be a need for heightened security and preparedness due to this pending announcement. Her letters were also written in a way that it seems certain Willis will seek an indictment against former President Donald Trump. 0:14.0	Earlier this afternoon, Donald Trump was arraigned on a New York Supreme Court indictment
0:20.0	returned by a Manhattan Grand Jury on 34 felony counts of falsifying business records in the first degree.
0:29.0	Under New York State law is a felony to falsify business records with intent to defraud and intent to conceal another crime.
0:39.0	That is exactly what this case is about.
0:43.0	We are a nation in decline and now these radical left lunatics want to interfere with our elections by using law enforcement.
0:53.0	We can't let that happen.
0:57.0	And in the wings they've got a local racist Democrat district attorney in Atlanta who is doing everything in her power to indict me over an absolutely perfect phone call.
1:08.0	Even more perfect than the one I made with the president of Ukraine.
1:13.0	Remember I kept saying that's a perfect call. This one was more perfect.
1:18.0	It's Donald Trump. I mean that's the way he operates unfortunately.
1:23.0	It doesn't gain him points in the courts or in the prosecutor's office for sure.
1:29.0	And at some point it's going to get him charged with a separate crime of intimidation.
1:35.0	In fact I was surprised that the New York indictment did not put in there the fact that Trump had posted on his media page a picture of himself for the baseball bat and Alan Bragg the DA.
1:51.0	Which I thought would have amounted to the destruction of the administration of government which is a misdemeanor in Manhattan.
2:01.0	But they didn't do that. But Trump is coming awfully close to the edge with others.
2:07.0	And I think it's just a matter of time before he finds himself being charged with a crime for doing precisely what he's been doing.
2:17.0	Just is not something that judges are going to allow him to do as a matter of course.
2:25.0	We learned this week that district attorney Fannie Willis' definition of imminent certainly doesn't match our definition.
2:32.0	That's because we now have a time frame for potential indictments. And it's quite a bit later than we expected.
