He’s the founder and head coach of the personal online coaching company Endeavour Life, helping to integrate sustainable healthy habits into busy lives. And for those who don't know, he's also my boyfriend.

David completed his undergraduate in Strength & Conditioning Science at London’s St Mary’s University and since then has been working in the industry for over a decade, as an in-person coach and subsequently moving online to create his 6-figure online coaching company.

So today's guest is David Berkwistle, who many of you will remember from the last season,

when it comes to their health and fitness. And so the reason I wanted to get him on the podcast
