We're having a great time. Mickey's out here at town so we're actually recording this

one in person face to face which is unusual for us and i think that's going to make it kind of a fun

dynamic i like it we're going to have an interesting chat today because i think we're going to

open your eyes perhaps to some different ways to think about the training

you acquire, the training you're looking for, the training you need, and kind of how you balance

some of the different objectives you have, kind of your mission and your objective, but also

with the opportunities that are out there in the marketplace in today's environment in our,

in our community, in our industry, as far as what's out there and what's for sale and it's going to be a great conversation and just a reminder mickey this is this is g rated
