interview I got really choked up because it is a very special guest today that you

guys get to hear from that are dear, dear friends of mine from when I lived in Uganda, gosh nearly a decade ago now.

I met Carl and Julie when I was living in Gulu, Uganda,

and they were working in the same area I was but also up in South Sudan.

They're both psychotherapist and they have worked for a long time with people

who have endured just some of the world's most awful conflict and trauma.

Carl and Julie's organization called Two Topona leads individuals affected by war or conflict to emotional recovery.

So they are a Christ-centered organization.

It's one of the most favorite things I love about them.

In the last 12 years or so, they have been able to support more

than 50,000 people in their journey to emotional recovery.
