Now, you find me curled up in a crumpled, very jet-lagged ball in my kitchen chair.

And this jet lag is making me feel most extraordinary.

I am completely incapable.

I cannot find anything.

I can't work out what day it is.

I have tried to put a wash on

and found that I cannot sort clothes even into piles.

So I've just given up.

I was going to lie here for a bit.

Now, while the jet lag, I've been in Hong Kong on a work trip for the telly.
