Hello everybody and welcome back to Truth Injustice. This is your Friday Fowler episode for season 8 episode number 4.

In this week's episode we covered a lot of ground. The intention was originally just to go through the forensic evidence as I started to research for the episode I realized.

There weren't much forensics put into the investigation of this case, certainly not into the trial.

And listeners had caught some things that I hadn't caught, namely, as we mentioned last week's follow-up, the levity evidence.

And another listener caught after looking up a TV guide that Mabel's trial testimony about Bonanza starting at noon was inaccurate, which caused a sedic even deeper, which led to the discovery of...

which I found out later was actually already discovered by some listeners on Facebook that I had missed on the page, but the discovery of Agnes' glasses being on the nightstand and the original interview with Mabel where she did not say that Bonanza started at noon.

In fact, she said she was cooking chicken for her cat before Bonanza started at 1 and still confirmed that she got home right about noon.

So we covered a lot of ground. There's a lot of information. We heard about the strange man in the backyard. No, we got a whole bunch of listener questions to get through.

So Zach, I think that you, being a listener that doesn't know what's going on until you hear the episodes, has probably been going through the same roller coaster that the rest of us has through this case,

did episode four change your opinion on anything or open up any new lines of thought. What did you think about episode four and where we stand right now?

So, I mean, I'm trying to stay pretty open minded. So I wouldn't say that it changed my opinion because I don't necessarily have an opinion formed yet.
