Summary

When it comes to fitness we often neglect our mental muscles as if they play no role in our physical strength or physical outcomes. This is interesting because the reason most people do not achieve their fitness goals isn’t because their body failed.  Our mind, our resilience, our habits all fail us long before our muscles do, yet, we are not inclined to target or strengthen these muscles.

This is where affirmations can come to play. What we speak to ourselves can dictate the outcome of our goals or day. One of the biggest pet peeve I have when it comes to working our mental muscles in neglecting that we're working on our physical strength, but we're neglecting all of our mental muscles, the biggest pet peeve I have with that is that like we don't feel that we need the reps.
