Welcome to Live Well Anyway. I'm your host, McKenzie Kappa. On this podcast, we journeyed together

0:11.0

in learning how to feel healthy, look good, and plan lives we actually like in the midst of all

0:16.1

the everyday chaos. I'm so glad you're here. And today I'm back with my very good friend Katie Duckett.

0:23.3

We are talking all about how we have built resilience in our kids or allowed them to stumble

0:29.1

so that they can have their own resilience that they have learned and come by. I think it's a

0:34.7

really fun conversation as we talk about our kids of all kinds of different

0:38.9

ages, everything from kids in college down to like my nine and 11 year olds. We really kind of go

1:12.5

1:17.8

1:24.3

But before we jump into this episode, I want to talk about something for just a

1:29.1

second, and that is an opportunity that I took advantage of last September. And it has been making

1:35.3

such a big difference for me and for my family in a lot of ways. And that has been my decision

1:41.4

to partner with MonAte. Now, I know, I get it.

1:45.2

A lot of people think, ugh, an MLM, that's like the worst.

1:49.4

But you know what?

1:50.7

It is such a legitimate opportunity.

1:53.3

I have met so many amazing people.
