Good evening, my friends, and welcome back to Horror Hill. I'm your host, Eric Peabody, and we've got

a pair of nice little chillers for you this evening, guaranteed to make your skin crawl.

To start, we'll be reading The Red Phone Box by Finn McCool. Carl and Alice are two

teenage siblings living in southern England, and life isn't going that well for them.

Their mother has recently passed away, and they have been left in the care of Jeff, their stepfather.

To say that Jeff is a bastard of the first degree would be an understatement, and some of his

tastes would put other evil fairy tale stepparents to shame. Carl has been escaping to a nearby

phone booth, one of the few places he can be alone. One day, it starts to ring.

After that, we'll be jumping into Bird's Eye view by Evan Bauffman. Our story opens with

Brett in a precarious situation. In a tree, a hundred feet above the ground. Even though he's

wearing safety equipment and is on a supervised zipline tour, all he can focus on is keeping his
